Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at The Witty Ladybug. 
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time: All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm MST through Sunday, or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We use flat rate shipping! The shipping starts at $1.50 for untracked packages in the continental US via a non-machineable stamp from USPS. Shipping via this method will take 3 to 7 days plus processing which can take up to 2 to 3 business days. This method does NOT include insurance or tracking.  

If you would like your package to be tracked and better protected you can choose the tracked shipping option for $5.
With this shipping method, all cards, stickers, and art prints are packaged in an envelope with 2 pieces of cardboard for stability. Ceramics are bubble wrapped. 
Packages will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage and include tracking. Shipping will take 3 - 5 buisness days plus 2-3 business days for processing prior to shipping.

Overnight delivery is not available at this time.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
The Witty Ladybug ships to addresses within the US, US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please note that shipping times are longer for these addresses. Packages will be shipped using USPS ground advantage and could take up to 30 days to arrive after ordering.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. This does not apply to orders that have chosen the non-tracked option. You will however recieve shipment confirmation with the non-tracked option.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
The Witty Ladybug is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).

Damages
The Witty Ladybug is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Email [email protected] pictures of the packing material and damaged goods. We will do our best to come to a resolution that serves the customer and the company which could include a replacement.


International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the continental US.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded. The Witty Ladybug will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

Missing or Stolen Shipments
If you didn't receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible: Call 719-480-8779  Or alert us at [email protected].  We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Local law enforcement will be involved. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Allow up to 21 days for the investigation.

If you ordered the non-tracked option please wait 15 days from the time your order was shipped before sending an email to [email protected]
about a lost or delayed package.
We want to know if you did not recieve your package however, as stated above The Witty Ladybug is not responsible for lost or delayed packages. We will however review each claim on a case by case basis. 

Local Pickup 
If you choose local pickup as your shipping option, we will reach out via email to set up a time to meet at the Alamosa Library parking lot located at 300 Hunt Ave, Alamosa, CO 81101. Pickups must occur within 7 days of placing the order. If you can not pickup in that time period please choose a different shipping option. 
If you do not show to your agreed upon time and date your order will be cancelled and will not be refunded. 

Return Policy

Returns/Exchanges
All sales are considered final sale and no refund will be issued. We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.
