When completing a purchase. We may share or transfer your information in connection with Stripe, LLC and it's affiliates, during the checkout process. This is to ensure the payment can be processed correctly and to avoid fraudulent activity.

The profile information we recieve may vary depending on the social media provider but will often include your name, email address, friends list, and profile picture, as well as other information you choose to share or make public on such a social media platform.

Please note that we do not control, and are not repsonsible for, other uses of your personal information by social media providers or other integrated technologies and applications. We are located in the United States. We contract with Big Cartel to host and serve as the base of our Services. Big Cartel states in their Privacy Policy, "Big Cartel is based in the U.S. As such, we and our service providers may transfer your information to, or store or access it in, jurisdictions that may not provide equivalent levels of data protection as your home jurisdiction. We will take steps to ensure that your personal data receives an adequate level of protection in the jurisdictions in which we process it."

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless required by law in such cases as tax accounting or other legal requirements.
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either deletr o ranonymize such information, or if this is not possible (for example, due to your personal information being stored in back up archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deltetion is possible.

We do not knowingly collect, market, or solicit data from children under 18 years of age, nor do we knowingly sell such personal information. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent's use of the Services. If we learn that personal information from users under the age of 18 has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. At any time if you would like to review or change the information in your account or terminate your account, you can delete your account by going to the setting in your account and confirming deletion if such a process is in use or by emailing [email protected].
Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases if such technologies are being used by our Services. However, we may retain some information in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations and/or enforce our legal terms and/or comply with applicable legal requrirements.
10. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features

At this stage, no uniform technology standard has been finalized for recognizing and implementing DNT signals. If a standard for online tracking is adopted and we are required to follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.
